Description of Food Allergy Accommodations

From restaurant website:

DIETARY NEEDS: Over the years, our large moderately priced menu has expanded to meet a wide variety of dietary needs & preferences, such as food allergies, gluten and lactose intolerance, vegan and low carb/high protein.

Diners are empowered to meet their individual needs because the ingredients in the various dishes are listed on the printed menu and on the cards posted by the Soup and Salad Bar, including such details as type of non-hydrogenated oil and type of vinegar.

Any questions not answered by the printed menu can be directed at your server, who can check with our kitchen staff to make sure that your special needs are met.

General Description

From restaurant website:

Old Wives' Tales has been open since 1980, offering a multi-ethnic menu of vegetarian, chicken and seafood dishes. The extensive menu, including many small plates and a la carte choices, makes it possible to select a range of dining experiences from light meals to multi-course feasts. The restaurant is famous for its Salad Bar and for its Hungarian Mushroom Soup, which is always available on the Soup Bar, along with fresh Clam Chowder and two choices of vegan, gluten-free vegetable soups that change daily.

Virtually everything is house-made, emphasizing fresh produce, whole grains, natural chicken and wild seafood. Ingredients are carefully selected to avoid preservatives and other unhealthy additives or "mystery ingredients".

Adding Restaurants

Adding a restaurant is easy. First copy the code from Restaurant Page Format for the preferred general layout. Put a link to the restaurant on the appropriate hub page, for example RestaurantsByName, save your change, then click on the link to open and edit the new page for your restaurant. Or just type the name of the restaurant in the URL line of your browser after '/index.php?title=' and open the new URL, paste in the code and add the info. Remember to back-link to the appropriate hubs, like your city area hub, and RestaurantsByName.
