Larry Neville is a three time cancer survivor who was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2005. In his search for palatable wheat substitutes, he started researching options with Montana State University, and joined forces with Dean Miller and Montana Gluten Free Processors to bring these and other tasty gluten free baking mixes to the public. Larry and Dean formed Montana Gluten Free Nutritional Products to continue their goal to produce gluten free products the whole family can enjoy.
