Description of Food Allergy Accommodations

Wheatless in Seattle (formerly Da Vinci Bakery & Café) is owned by Kaili, who established the very first completely dedicated gluten-free bakery in Seattle. The facility is completely wheat and gluten free, so there is no room for contamination. They also offer a variety of Dairy, Egg, and Soy free items (EDS). The kitchen is now peanut free as well. Due to the EDS line, they carry many Vegan items. Every day they have fresh soup, paninis, quiche, salads, and a variety of pastries, as well as some old favorites and seasonal specialties.

Adding Restaurants

Adding a restaurant is easy. First copy the code from Restaurant Page Format for the preferred general layout. Put a link to the restaurant on the appropriate hub page, for example RestaurantsByName, save your change, then click on the link to open and edit the new page for your restaurant. Or just type the name of the restaurant in the URL line of your browser after '/index.php?title=' and open the new URL, paste in the code and add the info. Remember to back-link to the appropriate hubs, like your city area hub, and RestaurantsByName.
