Description of Food Allergy Accommodations
- Chili's has developed extensive allergen information which can be found on their website. They have a monthly allergen sheet for egg, fish, dairy, peanut, shellfish, soy, tree nut and wheat and gluten allergens. Before you go to dine make sure you get an update on the allergen information you need or simply ask a manager or wait person for a sheet on your allergen. They will print one for you on your visit to Chili's.
- Chili's is a national chain of restaurants offering Texas-based versions of burgers, grill steaks, ribs, seafood, tacos, quesadillas, chicken, tacos, salads and soups. Of course if you have allergens you must check out what you can eat.
- Chili's provides a happy party atmosphere that all ages can enjoy.
- I was pleasantly surprised that I could eat gluten-free at Chili's. Much to my delight they printed a gluten-free menu for me and assisted me in every way. The best surprise was their Baked Potato Soup which is cooked gluten-free. Usually I cannot eat potato soup as it is usually thickened with wheat flour. The salmon I ate was delicious.
Adding a restaurant is easy. First copy the code from Restaurant Page Format for the preferred general layout. Put a link to the restaurant on the appropriate hub page, for example RestaurantsByName, save your change, then click on the link to open and edit the new page for your restaurant. Or just type the name of the restaurant in the URL line of your browser after '/index.php?title=' and open the new URL, paste in the code and add the info. Remember to back-link to the appropriate hubs, like your city area hub, and RestaurantsByName.
